However, by creating an account, you can: Manage your account details, track your order status and review past orders. Furthermore you can save your shipping details for future purchases and a faster shopping experience. Moreover you will be informed about our new arrivals along with special online promotions and discounts! We take online privacy of our customers very seriously and take full measures to protect their personal information.
No, an item will only be reserved for you after you have confirmed your order at checkout.
Exchange depends on the item and availability of stock. Items purchased in sale are not exchanged. 15 days after delivery you cannot claim exchange. Used, washed, items damaged after use are not acceptable for exchange. Contact at littletwinklesshop@gmail.com for exchange.
The Order Summary emailed to you will act as confirmation that your order has been placed in our record. If you do not get this email, please contact Customer Services at 0300-5428897.
Little Twinkles offers free delivery for all order above Rs. 2000/-. Below this amount delivery charges depend on order weight and your shipping address.
Sales Order Summary is essentially a soft receipt that would be emailed to you within an hour of placing your order. If you don’t get one in your inbox, check your junk/spam folder and if it still isn’t there, call Customer Service at  0300-5428897 to confirm your order.
Local Order delivery can take between 3-5 working days, depending on the size and availability of the product. Orders are processed within 24 hours and are generally scheduled for delivery the following working day. Timely delivery is subject to availability of stocks and payment authorizations.
