Return and exchange Policy!

Products can be exchanged within 15 days of purchase with their original receipt and tags.

Exchange depends on the item and availability of stock. Items purchased in sale are not exchanged. 15 days after delivery you cannot claim exchange. Used, washed, items damaged after use are not acceptable for exchange.

Please fill in the exchange form provided in your order or contact us at littletwinklesshop@gmail.com.

Please send the articles to be exchanged within 15 days of receiving them. No requests will be entertained after that time.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers will have to bear the shipping costs for returning articles at their own expense.

We have a ‘No Refund’ policy. However, all other claims (defected product) as approved will be processed within 15 working days. Once the claim is accepted, you will be allowed to select any other article of equal value from the website.

You may request for cancellation of your order at any time before the order is processed. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email followed by an SMS, with a tracking number so that you can track your order.

Once a product has shipped, the ‘Return and Exchange Policy’ will apply.

Free shipping for orders above PKR 2000.

All orders will be delivered by our courier service providers within 3-5 working days in Pakistan. If your order has not been delivered in the specified time, please contact us at littletwinklesshop@gmail.com.

Orders will be packed and shipped between Monday – Saturday excluding public holidays.

Due to increased orders, please expect delays during the days of Sale.

Sales Order Summary is essentially a soft receipt that would be emailed to you within an hour of placing your order. If you don’t get one in your inbox, check your junk/spam folder and if it still isn’t there, call Customer Service at  0300-5428897 to confirm your order.
No, an item will only be reserved for you after you have confirmed your order at checkout.

No changes can be made in the existing order.
Local Order delivery can take between 3-5 working days, depending on the size and availability of the product. Orders are processed within 24 hours and are generally scheduled for delivery the following working day. Timely delivery is subject to availability of stocks and payment authorizations.
Little Twinkles offers free delivery for all order above Rs. 2000/-. Below this amount delivery charges depend on order weight and your shipping address.
